he popular Wednesday LatinBurn dance fitness class is an energetic workout based on Latin dance rhythms – easy to follow and lots of fun!
On Tuesdays we learn Salsa and Rumba in a group class with 3-4 teachers, so you get to learn group choreography as well as get some 1-2-1 training.
Finally our Strictly Fridays, where you can learn to dance Salsa, Rumba and American Hustle, with 1 teacher for every student so you learn individually but in a fun and friendly group environment.
Please bring a bottle of water and wear leisure/gym clothes and trainers/dance shoes.
